It could happen that you or your students encounter an issue in the content: an error in the material, a functionality not working properly, and others. The best way to report these errors is to ask your students to post them on the forum. The students can do this by clicking on "Ask question" at the bottom of the theory/exercise page.

If you find the student's questions indeed to be a mistake in the materials or the system, you can report them directly to us by clicking on the "Report problem" button.

Once you report the problem this way, it will be sent directly to our editors, who will be able to see exactly where and when the issue appeared.
