Have you already created your account on Sowiso/Bolster Academy, and after some time, you tried to log in again and couldn't do it? Here are some of the possible reasons for that:

  1. Are you using the correct link to log in?

    Students from different universities have different ways of logging in. You could be requested to log in through Moodle, or another learning management system. Visit this page here and find your university to check how you should log in.

  2. Are you logging in with the correct email address?

    If a lot of time has passed since your last login, you might have forgotten which email address/username you used. Try using a different email address, the private one, or the one you use for your university.

    If you are still not sure what was the email address that you used to create your account, you can check this with your teacher.

  3. Are you using the correct password?

    Maybe you are sure that you are using the correct email address, but you are still getting the error message. Click on the "Forgot Password" option and follow the instructions.

    If you try to reset your password and get this error:

    It means that your account is linked to your other student account (for example Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.). If you change your password connected to Canvas/Moodle/Blackboard (and others), your password on the platform will be automatically updated.
