You can only change your password if you didn't sign up through LMS (Learning Management System) or SurfCONEXT. If you did sign up via one of these two, your password will be connected to your other accounts, and it won't be possible to change it on the platform.
Note: If your password is connected to LMS or SurfCONEXT we also won't be able to change it for you.
To change your password, log into your account. In the upper right corner click on your name, and then on Settings.
Next to Password, click on the option Edit.
Enter your old password and create a new one. Click on Save when you are done.

Password reset is not allowed
If you try to change your password and get this error:
It means that your account is linked to your other student account (for example Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc). If you change your password connected to Canvas/Moodle/Blackboard (and others), your password on the platform will be automatically updated.
