As a Manager, you can see how much a chapter is used and by whom. To do so, go to Admin- Chapter usage.

Chose the chapter from the drop menu, and you will see which school, department, and class is using that chapter. You will also find the class ID, author group the chapter belongs to, and how many users have access to it.
