If you wish to delete your account (as a Student, Teacher, Author, Manager) you can request this from us by sending an email to support@sowiso.com with the subject: "Account deletion". Please make sure to send the email from the address that is linked to your account.

If you are a Student and are in any of the active classes, we will have to first check with your teacher to make sure that it's alright to delete your account. Then, we anonymize all of your information. Once this is done, you won't be able to reopen your account and use it again. All of your information will become permanently unavailable to anybody in or outside our company.

If you are an OMPT student, please contact OMPT in order to anonymize your account.
