Your teacher will decide how they wish to use the platform, and they will inform you which one of these methods you will use.

In any case, you will be given a link to click on, and it will enrol you in the correct class. There are three types of links that you could receive:
Joining directly on the Cloud via link
Your teacher might send you a link that will look something like this:
By clicking on this link, you will be taken to the page where you can create a new account. After the creation, you will be automatically enrolled in the correct class, since the enrolment link is unique per class.
❗ You will only use this link the first time you sign up!
After this, every next time you can sign in using one of these two links, depending on if you will be using Sowiso or Bolster Academy:
Joining via a centralized login system
If your university is using a centralized login system, you will be able to use your student credentials to log into the platform. Your teacher will send you a link that will look something like this: http://*universityname*.sowiso.com .
When you follow the link, an account will be made for you, and you will be automatically enrolled in the class.
❗ Your email and password will be connected to your student credentials, and you won't be able to change them on the platform.
Joining via LTI integration
If your university is using a Learning Management System like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, or Desire2Learn, you will be able to use the same credentials on Sowiso/Bolster Academy platform.
❗ Your email and password will be the same as your credentials on the Learning Management System (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, or Desire2Learn). The only way to change your login credentials is to change the LMS credentials.
