❗Only Moodle Administrators can complete the integration of SOWISO into Blackboard with LTI 1.3.
General LTI - IMS & SOWISO
SOWISO has IMS Learning Tools Interoperability to connect to your Learning Management System (LMS), like Canvas, Brightspace or Moodle. The LTI connection will let you sign in automatically without having to insert a username and password again. Those are synchronised with the LMS.
When setting up SOWISO as an external source in the LMS, you must share with SOWISO the e-mail and name of the users.
What information do I need for the Blackboard integration?
In order to connect using LTI 1.3, you need a:

Public key: type key be either Keyset URL or RSA. For the Keyset URL, you can use the same url as above and then append /jwks, like https://cloud.sowiso.nl/lti/jwks
For the RSA key, please contact us by sending an e-mail (support@sowiso.com).Login URL: use the same url as above and then append /login, so https://cloud.sowiso.nl/lti/login
Redirection URI: use the same url as above and then append /launch, so https://cloud.sowiso.nl/lti/launch

Setting up the integration between SOWISO and Blackboard using LTI 1.3 Step by step
Step 1: Go To "System Admin"
In the upper right of your screen, click on "System Admin:.
Step 2: Under Integrations, choose "LTI Tool Providers"
Step 3: Select Register LTI 1.3/Advantage Tool
Step 4: Put the Client ID in
Please contact your SOWISO account manager or support@sowiso.com to get the Client ID.
Step 5: Choose the settings for the tool
Once you fill in the Client ID, a new page will open up with some filled in fields. Make sure that the tool is "Approved". Tick the "User Fields to Send" and choose Role in Course, Name, Email Address. Click Submit.
Step 6: Set up the Deployment
Go back to the Administration Panel-LTI Tool Providers page. Click on the arrow next to the SOWISO registration and choose "Manage Deployments".
Step 6: Send us the Deployment
Copy the deployment ID at the top of the page, and send it over to your SOWISO account manager/support@sowiso.com.
Once we have confirmed that we have added the deployment on our side, the connection will be established.
Step 7: Choose where to place SOWISO on Blackboard
Go to the Administration Panel-LTI Tool Providers. Click on the arrow next to the SOWISO LTI registration and choose "Manage Placements".
