A Drawing molecules exercise looks like this:

Let the student answer in the form of a molecule drawing. Multiple answer fields are supported, but per answer field, only one molecule can be drawn by the student. Evaluation is done via Simplified molecular-input line-entry system (SMILES). When defining a Solution or a Feedback Definition, a SMILES string can be directly inserted into the Definition field, or the smiles link underneath the Definition can be used to draw the solution, that will then be converted to a SMILES string when adding.

Feedback can be given on mistakes based on text any of the text based evaluation types. For instance, when checking for text_case_insesitve value c, you can check if the student used a carbo atom in their answer.
