The Sowiso chat is there to help you communicate with us quickly, especially if it's not possible to have a phone call or email each other. The primary purpose of the chat is to help teachers during summative exams. Our teachers notify us ahead of time when the exam will take place so that we can make sure to be online during the exam.

In the bottom right corner, click on the chat icon. Then click on the button "Talk to a human".

If we are online, you will get connected to one of us. If we are not online, a ticket will be created for you and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
